A Uniswap v4 hook that acts as an on-chain aggregator. On each swap, it performs real-time price discovery (RFQ) across six configured V3 and V4 pools, routes through the best-priced liquidity sources using a BeforeSwapDelta return, and charges a small service fee via donate. Liquidity addition and pool initialization are restricted to an admin address.
