Prediction market pool hook using the VALS formula to compute a per-swap fee based on a cryptographically signed toxic velocity parameter (σ). Fees are taken from the collateral token via BeforeSwapDelta and redistributed to share token holders through a YieldDistributor rather than to LPs. Swaps are blocked when the market is resolved or disputed.
