ArbitrumRegisteredA Uniswap V4 hook that routes swaps to whichever venue — the V4 pool or the Juicebox project terminal — yields the most output tokens for the user. Uses a built-in TWAP oracle (30-minute window) to estimate V4 output and compares it against live Juicebox terminal previews for both buy-side (pay) and sell-side (cash-out) paths.
