Uniswap v4 hook for binary prediction market pools that applies a VALS (Volatility-Adjusted Liquidity Sensitivity) fee per swap. Fees are computed via e^[λ*(Δx/L)*σ] using trade size, pool liquidity, and a backend-signed toxic-velocity parameter (σ), then redirected to share-token holders via a YieldDistributor instead of LPs. Liquidity and swaps are blocked when the market is resolved or disputed.
