ArbitrumRegisteredUniswap v4 hook for binary prediction market pools. Implements VALS dynamic fees (e^[λ·(Δx/L)·σ]-1) based on trade size, liquidity, and oracle-signed toxic velocity (σ), redirecting fees to share token holders via a YieldDistributor. Blocks swaps when the market is resolved or disputed, tracks LP positions, and requires a backend-signed sigma in hookData for every swap.
