A Uniswap v4 hook for prediction market pools (YES/NO share tokens vs USDC collateral) that implements VALS (Volatility-Adjusted Liquidity Sensitivity) dynamic fees. Each swap requires a fresh ECDSA-signed sigma parameter from an authorized backend; fees are calculated as e^[λ*(Δx/L)*σ]-1 in basis points, captured via BeforeSwapDelta, and distributed to share token holders through a YieldDistributor contract.
