ArbitrumRegisteredA Uniswap v4 hook for prediction market pools that applies VALS (toxic velocity-adjusted) dynamic fees. Each swap requires a backend-signed sigma parameter; the hook computes an exponential fee (e^[λ·(Δx/L)·σ] − 1) and routes it via BeforeSwapDelta to a YieldDistributor for share token holders rather than LPs. Swaps and liquidity actions are blocked when the market is resolved or disputed.
