Computes swap amounts via a configurable bonding curve, handles full settlement in beforeSwap by taking input tokens into Euler vaults and withdrawing output tokens from them, and returns a BeforeSwapDelta to the PoolManager — bypassing standard concentrated liquidity entirely.
