A Uniswap v4 hook that collects a configurable USDC-denominated fee (up to 1% in basis points) on each swap via beforeSwapReturnDelta and afterSwapReturnDelta, directing fees to a designated recipient. Also maintains a simple on-chain TWAP oracle using a circular buffer of up to 100 tick observations recorded per swap.
