BaseRegisteredA permissionless Uniswap v4 hook that executes a per-pool buyback of the pool's main asset after every swap. It auto-harvests LP fee splits and runs a time-gated pump sized by fee and liquidity depth, distributing bought tokens via configurable splits (autocompound, burn cascade, or recipient). Pump failures are isolated via try/catch so swaps are never blocked.
