Implements a 1:1 custom-curve swap between ETH and phiEth (an ETH wrapper), bypassing concentrated liquidity via beforeSwapReturnsDelta. On each swap, the hook takes input from the pool manager, calls phiEth.deposit() or phiEth.withdraw() to convert, then settles the output. Liquidity addition to the pool is permanently blocked.
