BaseRegisteredA Uniswap v4 hook for the Saturn Omnichain project with only the afterInitialize permission enabled; the callback is a no-op that performs no on-chain action. A separate initializePools() function (callable externally) delegates to a liquidity bootstrapper contract to record the initial tick. All swap behavior is entirely unmodified.
