Uniswap v4 hook that overrides the LP fee per swap using a pluggable fee policy constrained to a 0.10%–1.00% corridor, and tracks per-wallet swap volume by season in the pool's USD leg. Only swaps routed through a trusted portal router receive personalized fees and volume tracking; all other swaps pay the maximum fee. No custody or swap delta.
