A token-launch hook that maintains a single continuous concentrated liquidity position. On each exact-input swap, it extracts a symmetric fee: buy fees are forwarded to a configurable treasury address, sell fees are burned by transferring to 0xdead. External liquidity additions are permanently blocked; only the hook owner may seed the pool via addLiquidity().
