CabalFeeHook
BaseRegisteredPlatform fee hook that charges a configurable fee (default 1%) on every swap via afterSwapReturnsDelta. ETH fees are forwarded directly to a fee receiver; token fees are sent to a CabalFeeExecutor contract that sells them for ETH before distribution. Supports time-based launch fees with optional half-parabola decay curve.
