BaseRegisteredA token launch hook that seeds initial liquidity and applies a time-decaying snipe-protection fee during a configurable window after launch. Token-side fees are burned to a dead address; quote-side fees are split between creator and platform. Liquidity is locked after seeding—adds are restricted to the factory/hook and removes always revert.
