BaseRegisteredA Uniswap v4 hook for a token launch platform that manages fair launch token sales (one-sided positions with time-gating, optional Merkle whitelist, and premine for creators), captures protocol swap fees and distributes them to the protocol, creator, and inspired-by recipients, and blocks direct pool initialization (pools must be created via the `publiphi` function).
