UmiaHook
BaseRegisteredSingleton oracle-only hook for Umia LBP pools that maintains dual-ring TWAP oracles (per-block fine ring and hourly coarse ring) and restricts liquidity management to a registered operator (SpotLiquidityVault). Swaps execute as vanilla Uniswap v4 swaps with no fee override or delta modification.
