UmiaHook is a Uniswap v4 hook on Base. Singleton Uniswap v4 hook for Umia LBP pools that maintains a spot-market TWAP oracle and restricts liquidity add/remove to the registered operator. Swaps are unrestricted — beforeSwap only records an oracle observation with no fee delta or access control.
