Implements a 1:1 ETH/phiETH custom curve swap hook. In beforeSwap, it takes the input token from the PoolManager, converts it via phiEth.deposit() or phiEth.withdraw(), settles the output token, and returns a BeforeSwapDelta that no-ops the concentrated liquidity AMM math. Direct liquidity addition is blocked with a revert.
