Implements a 1:1 ETH/phiEth custom swap curve with zero fee. In beforeSwap, the hook takes the input token, converts it via phiEth.deposit() or phiEth.withdraw(), and settles the output directly, bypassing the concentrated liquidity AMM entirely via a BeforeSwapDelta return. Only ETH/phiEth pairs with zero fee are accepted; adding liquidity directly to the pool is blocked.
