A dynamic-fee Uniswap v4 hook where authorized off-chain pushers set the LP fee within configurable min/max bounds per pool. The pushed fee expires after a TTL and falls back to a defaultFee. On each swap, afterSwap deducts an additional hook fee and mints it as ERC-6909 claims to a treasury address.
