A 1:1 custom-curve hook for ETH/phiEth pools. On each swap, it takes the input from the PoolManager, converts it through the phiEth contract (deposit for ETH→phiEth, withdraw for phiEth→ETH), and settles the output — bypassing concentrated liquidity entirely. Liquidity addition is unconditionally blocked.
