Implements a 1:1 custom swap curve between ETH and phiEth (a 1:1 ETH wrapper token). In beforeSwap, the hook takes the full input amount from the PoolManager, mints or burns phiEth via deposit/withdraw, and settles the output—fully bypassing concentrated liquidity. Liquidity addition is blocked; only ETH/phiEth pools with zero fee can use this hook.
