A single ETH/RSRV pool hook that charges a 1% fee on each swap's unspecified side. RSRV fees are accumulated and sold back to ETH buyers at the pool price within 10 ticks of the block's opening tick; ETH fees are split 20% to a business share, 16% to a Chainlink VRF-based prize pot, and 64% donated to in-range liquidity providers.
