Implements a 1:1 custom-curve pool for swapping native ETH and phiEth tokens. In beforeSwap, it fully handles the exchange by taking input from the PoolManager, depositing or withdrawing via phiEth, and settling output — bypassing concentrated liquidity entirely. Adding liquidity is blocked; only ETH/phiEth pools with zero fee are accepted.
