Fee-routing hook that extracts configurable swap fees (30–500 bps) from ETH-paired pools, with a 3000 bps anti-sniper fee during the first 60 seconds post-launch. Fees are split among creator, buyback/burn, rewards distributor, and platform wallets. LP additions are locked to the initial auto-seeder after first seed; LP removals always revert.
