A Uniswap v4 hook that taxes a specific ERC-20 token ("boomToken") on every swap — deducting a configurable team fee and a per-pool dev fee on both inflows (beforeSwap) and outflows (afterSwap) — and accumulates those taxes for withdrawal by the owner and registered dev addresses. LP fees are overridden to zero so only the hook-defined taxes apply.
