Implements a 1:1 ETH↔phiEth custom-curve swap hook that fully bypasses concentrated liquidity. In beforeSwap, it takes input tokens from the PoolManager, deposits/withdraws via the phiEth contract, and settles the output — returning a BeforeSwapDelta to no-op the AMM. Liquidity addition is permanently blocked.
