A hook for phiEth/ETH pools that implements a 1:1 swap curve by fully handling swaps in beforeSwap: takes input, calls phiEth.deposit/withdraw for conversion, settles output to the pool manager, and returns a delta that no-ops the AMM. Liquidity addition is disabled; the pool exclusively supports ETH↔phiEth conversions at a fixed 1:1 rate with zero fee.
