A Uniswap v4 hook that collects configurable buy and sell taxes on a designated token (boomToken) per pool, splitting proceeds between a global team treasury and a per-pool developer address. LP fees are overridden to zero; taxes are deducted from swap inputs (beforeSwap) and outputs (afterSwap) via delta accounting.
