Implements a 1:1 ETH↔phiEth custom swap curve by intercepting swaps via beforeSwap, routing through phiEth's deposit/withdraw functions, and returning a BeforeSwapDelta to bypass concentrated liquidity math. Prevents direct liquidity addition and only accepts zero-fee ETH/phiEth pools.
