A WETH-rooted token launch and trading hook for the FLASH protocol that enforces realized sell taxes, routes token buys through an on-chain OTC deck and multi-venue aggregator, and distributes fees to stakers, pool creators, and the protocol owner. Pool initialization requires a staged launch intent and governance must activate directional protocol fees before any swap can execute.
