BaseRegisteredA hook implementing a 1:1 ETH/phiETH custom swap curve. In beforeSwap, it takes the full input from the pool manager, wraps or unwraps via the phiEth contract, and settles the output, fully bypassing concentrated liquidity. Liquidity addition to the pool is permanently blocked.
