An afterSwap hook that sweeps a tick-triggered intent queue (SquishBook) at the end of every swap. When a swap moves the price past a registered tick threshold, the hook executes standing instructions (arbitrary external calls with escrowed bounties) and credits the bounties to the swapper; a try/catch ensures a failing intent never reverts the triggering swap.
