A custom-curve hook that performs 1:1 ETH/phiETH swaps by taking the input from the PoolManager, converting via the phiEth contract (deposit or withdraw), and returning a BeforeSwapDelta to no-op the concentrated liquidity mechanism. Only ETH/phiETH pools with zero fee are permitted; liquidity addition is blocked.
