A fee-collecting hook that skims a configurable fee (default 0.2%) in a designated feeCurrency on each swap involving that currency. Fees are accumulated as ERC-6909 claims on the PoolManager via beforeSwap/afterSwap return deltas, and are withdrawable by the owner. Whitelisted aggregators and simulation quotes bypass fee collection.
