BaseRegisteredA Uniswap v4 hook that gates pool initialization and liquidity addition to an IpStrategyFactory contract, and collects a 2.5% fee on each swap. Non-ETH fees are converted to ETH via a nested pool swap, then distributed to the strategy's NFT vault, owner, and platform via the factory.
