BaseRegisteredLaunchpad fee hook that collects configurable buy/sell taxes (up to 10%) in afterSwap via a returned delta, splitting proceeds between a platform treasury, creator payees, an optional token burn, and an optional single-sided liquidity position. Supports an optional time-limited sniper window with a linearly decaying buy-fee rate. Pool creation is restricted to a launcher address via beforeInitialize.
