Custom curve hook implementing 1:1 ETH↔phiEth swaps. In beforeSwap, takes the full input from the PoolManager, wraps or unwraps ETH via the phiEth contract, and returns a BeforeSwapDelta that no-ops the underlying concentrated liquidity swap. Direct liquidity addition to the pool is unconditionally blocked.
