A 1:1 ETH/phiETH swap hook that intercepts swaps via beforeSwap, converts ETH to phiETH (or vice versa) using phiEth.deposit()/phiEth.withdraw(), and returns a full delta to no-op the concentrated liquidity swap. Liquidity provision is blocked; the pool is restricted to an ETH/phiETH pair with zero fee.
