A Uniswap v4 hook that implements a custom 1:1 AMM curve for ETH/phiETH swaps. On each swap, it takes the input from the pool manager, wraps or unwraps ETH via the IPhiEth contract, settles the output, and returns a BeforeSwapDelta to bypass concentrated liquidity entirely. Adding liquidity is permanently blocked.
