A 1:1 ETH/phiEth conversion hook implementing a custom constant-price curve. In beforeSwap, it takes the full input amount from the PoolManager, wraps or unwraps ETH via the phiEth contract, and settles the output — bypassing the AMM entirely. Direct liquidity additions are blocked, and only ETH/phiEth pools with zero fee may use this hook.
