DynamicFee
BaseRegisteredAdjusts the LP fee dynamically based on tick movement from the previous swap — larger moves increase the fee (up to 5%), smaller moves reduce it (floor 0.05%). Inherits AeonFee, which takes a mandatory 10 bps protocol fee on every swap routed to a fixed hardcoded recipient via afterSwap return-delta.
