Implements a 1:1 ETH/phiEth custom curve hook that intercepts swaps in beforeSwap, wraps/unwraps ETH via phiEth.deposit()/withdraw(), settles the full amount directly, and returns a BeforeSwapDelta to bypass concentrated liquidity entirely. Blocks all direct liquidity additions and restricts pool initialization to zero-fee ETH/phiEth pairs only.
