BaseRegisteredA Uniswap v4 hook for a token launchpad that manages fair launch phases, temporal access control, and fee distribution. During fair launch, it fills buy-side swaps from a one-sided position and optionally enforces Merkle-proof whitelisting. After launch, it captures swap fees and distributes them to creators, protocol, inspirers, and referrers via delta manipulation.
