Alphix LVR Fee Hook
BaseRegisteredDynamic LP fee hook that applies admin-controlled per-pool LP fees via `updateDynamicLPFee` and charges a configurable per-pool protocol fee on each swap's output via `afterSwap` with delta return. Accumulated protocol fees are held as ERC-6909 claims and can be swept to a treasury address by calling `handleHookFees()`.
