A 1:1 ETH/phiEth swap hook that implements a custom curve via beforeSwap: it takes input tokens from the PoolManager, mints or burns phiEth at a fixed 1:1 exchange rate, and settles the output back. Liquidity additions are blocked; all exchange is handled by the hook directly with no concentrated liquidity involved.
