AdvancedFeeHook
BaseRegisteredCharges a configurable tax (up to 10%) on each swap's output token, splitting proceeds between a platform treasury and up to 8 configurable payees. A portion of the creator share can be sent to a burn address or reinvested as single-sided liquidity via nested pool calls. Pool initialization is restricted to a designated launcher address.
