BaseRegisteredA Uniswap v4 hook for the Saturn Omnichain project that implements only afterInitialize as a no-op stub. All swap, liquidity, and donate callbacks return their selectors with zero deltas. An external initializePools() function calls a LiquidityBootstrapper contract to record the initial tick and mark the pool as initialized.
